2. Referral to Licensed Partners

Where a client requires regulated or licensed services (including but not limited to company registration, statutory filings, legal submissions, accounting, or employment placement), we refer them to fully licensed, Hong Kong‑based third‑party partners.

Our role is strictly limited to:

• Introducing potential clients to our licensed partners
• Facilitating initial communication between the client and the partner

We do not:

• Perform, charge for, or handle any regulated activities ourselves
• Provide advice on regulated matters
• Hold, collect, or disburse funds on behalf of any client or third party
• Control, direct, or assume liability for the services provided by our partners

All regulated services are provided directly by our partners, who operate independently under their own licenses, terms of service, and professional indemnity insurance. All engagements with partners are strictly between the client and the partner.

3. No Guarantees of Approval or Outcome

We do not guarantee any specific commercial outcomes, including bank account approval, funding approval, or government programme acceptance. Our role is to generate qualified leads and connect businesses with potential clients or partners. All decisions and approvals remain at the discretion of the relevant institutions or partners.

4. Client Responsibilities

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
